The Multi-Year Agreement Renews JLab as the Exclusive Headphone and Microphone
Partner of the Club and Includes a New Official Partner Designation with the Galaxy’s eMLS Team
LOS ANGELES - JANUARY 21, 2021 - The LA Galaxy (MLS) and JLab, the No.1 accessible true wireless brand in America, are growing their long-standing relationship with a new and expanded, multi-year agreement. As part of the renewal, brokered by AEG Global Partnerships, the Carlsbad, CA-based company will remain the exclusive headphone and microphone partner of the LA Galaxy and will also become a new official partner of the Galaxy’s eMLS team. This enhanced partnership speaks to the success of the relationship thus far between the LA Galaxy and JLab and highlights the long-term strategic alliance between both brands. Additionally, it underscores JLab’s ongoing commitment to the growth of soccer and eSports in Southern California.
To kick things off, JLab will donate over $100,000 worth of ear buds to the LA Galaxy Foundation. The donation will benefit the foundation’s programming for the LA Galaxy Champion Project, with its immediate focus on helping schools in Carson, CA that are part of the program and impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The earbuds will go towards supporting students in need who are lacking adequate technology resources at home and learning remotely for the first time this year. The LA Galaxy Champion Project is a community-driven program that allows the club to partner with local elementary schools to provide soccer programming and opportunities to grow the game of soccer while promoting health, wellness and leadership development with local youth.

JLab’s original agreement with the Galaxy was its biggest, single-market club partnership to date, and the strength of the relationship has led to new and innovative opportunities starting with the upcoming MLS season. As part of the new agreement, the two companies will join forces in the eSports space as JLab will become an official partner of the LA Galaxy’s eMLS team and overall eSports initiatives throughout the year. Part of the deal will include the Galaxy’s eMLS players utilizing JLab’s gaming-specific products when competing at all official eMLS events. In addition, the audio company will serve as the title sponsor for the yearly “JLab Invitational Tournament,” which will feature teams from other select eMLS clubs.
