Rated 4 out of 5 by from These are some good headphones The quality of the headphones are pretty good. They've got some good weight to them, while not being so heavy. They are very portable, and they fold. I took these to school with me, and i got some good compliments. A good handful of classmates asked to use them. And they last long too, while also not taking so long to recharge. The sound quality is exactly what you are paying for, with deep bass and great clarity. The only downside with these headphones is that they are only on-ear, and do not cover your whole ear, which, when worn for prolonged periods of time, is a little uncomfortable. But, other than that, these headphones aren't half bad.

Thank you Justin. I first tried to use my Bluetooth to find the device and nothing was found. You do not need to. Just hold the power key down even after she first speaks. Hold it until she says you are ready to pair THEN go to add a device and it pops up immediately. It is working wonderful, I would enjoy a little more volume but, I hope I can get use to the lower volume. My suggestion would be to put a little piece of paper in the box with instructions. I spent way to much time trying to get this paired.

I wasn't sure which headphones to buy and after reading lots of reviews, it just made the decision harder. For Father's Day, they bought me these NEON Jlabs. Let me say, I'm 40 and these aren't the garbage headphones of my childhood. Not only are they comfortable as heck but sound great. It only took about 15 seconds to get them paired to my iPad. I went right away to YouTube and found all the " Dolby" sound checks and enhanced videos. FUN! They sound amazing and are so soft. The batteries were even nice and charged right out of the box! 10 out of 10. Made my kids so happy to find me something I honestly enjoy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely the best Wow I have never heard such a amazing sound from such an affordable product as my jlab audio neon go headphones. I was shopping and noticed a similar type of headphone but decided to go with the jlabaudio. I am a musician so sound quality is very important to me when I am listening back to tracks that I have recorded. I put them on turned on them tracks and was absolutely Blown Away by the sound quality and the fact that they are so easy to use. This product is superior and comfort and quality and craftsmanship I give this an A+. Thank you J Lab audio for making this something that everyone can afford and enjoy. I would recommend this product to anyone that loves music.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacements for Work Purchased these headphones for my hectic office and it's been pretty amazing. I love the way it can block out all the noise to help me focus. The quality of sound is by far my favorite part of these headphones, feels like you have 2 surround sound systems in either side of your head. The price is outrageous considering I purchased my children Sony headphones for Christmas a year ago and spent over $150 each and these headphones sound so much better for the fraction of the price. I've never purchased anything from this brand but rest assured that while this may be my first purchase it won't be my last. Love them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality The quality of this headset is good. For $30 you get this compact headset that looks, feels, and sounds good. Now I will say that if you use it for extended period of time it will make your ears ache. The battery lasts 13 hours, and the mic works great. Really there's only three issues I have with it. 1. The battery always says full till it's over half way dead. 2. Prolonged use makes my ears hurt. 3. I cant connect it to my ps4 pro. Usually if bluetooth doesnt work you can always connect an aux cord to the device to plug it into whatever hardware you are using, but this particular headset doesn't have that. Which has inconvenienced me numerous times.

I use them for work taking pretty important phone calls and I can always hear the person on the other end and they can hear me. I have used other headphones and never had better. I just want to know something. dumb question actually if you don't mind. so I was in my backyard and dropped my headphones and the usb part you charge it with popped off and into the headphones. honestly I forgot I bought warranty for it so I went and opened them up a little bit just to get the little piece out and then I remembered the warranty. can I still take them in and would that fall be covered? thank you for your time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool cans I was given these as a VERY late birthday present, and after about a month of using them, easily one of my favorite features are the EQ modes. It's fun to switch the different modes (though I usually stick with the JLab Signature mode). Sound is FANTASTIC with these cans--nice and clear. If there is ONE downside to these, it's that the cans constantly press down on my ear, causing pain after extended periods of use. (Another is the website claims that when switching between the JLab Sig, Balanced, and Bass Boost EQ modes, you should hear 1, 2 , and 3 beeps respectively--I only hear TWO, though the EQ modes still work. Otherwise, GREAT headphones).

Can they fit all head sizes

Can these work with LG TV?

Yes. I have a LG TV and it pairs well. Don't have a large living room, but sit about 10 feet away from the TV and provides great sound.

with power off holding the + in for 10 seconds or longer light don't flash to pair with my bluetooth. not working

Hey tinker, So sorry to hear of the pairing issues that you're running into. Please read the following instructions to get paired up. 1. Power off your headset. 2. Hold the power button and watch for the Bluetooth lights to come on. You will see red and blue lights flashing back and forth. This can take up to 10 seconds. 3. Once you see the red and blue lights flashing, you will then be able to let go of the power button, and open the settings in your device (phone, computer or tablet). Locate the headset with your Bluetooth device (usually named JLab __ ) If you're still having issues, shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t & Friday 8am-3pm p.t so that we may get you taken care of. Do these update the bluetooth 5 because I got the black neons and their bluetooth 4.2

Just a quick f.y.i. 5.0 deals with file/data transfer, 4.2 will be the most current Bluetooth profile dealing with Bluetooth audio. It was paired successfully to my PC Win10Pro x64, but it will not reconnect. Every time I powered it up, I'll have to remove it to re-pair or it will turn off after a number of minutes.

We have been using these for a couple of weeks. After charging today when I try to connect to headphones it just blinks red/blue and will not connect. We have turn the headphones and iPad off and retried and still doing the same. Any clue???

This happened to me. I went to my bluetooth settings and erased it and just reconnected as if it was a new device. Hasn't done it again so far
